Q: What currency is used and how do I pay for?
A: Prices displayed on www.benson.com.hk are in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). You can pay for your purchase with your credit card or cash when pickup or delivery. We also accept payment via bank transfer.
Q: I placed an order online. How do I know whether my purchase was successful?
A: We will call your phone number provided during checkout within one day. If you do not receive our call, you may contact us on (852) 2893 1500 or send an email to email@example.com.
Q: Do you accept both credit card payments?
A: We accept most major credit cards on our shop or delivery including Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay. You can also pay by cash.
Q: How do Bank Transfer payments work?
A: We will call your phone number to confirm the order. Then transfer to our account with Hang Seng Bank. Please include your order number and retain the transfer paper and fax or email to us, so that we can identify your payment.

Q: How early can my order be delivered?
A: We offer same day or next day delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and NT side for most of our products however this is not available for hairy crabs, or delivery to other districts.
Q: What is the delivery cost?
Any order over HK$1,000 qualifies for free delivery! Orders below HK$1,000 please pickup your order from our shop. Our address is “Shop 3, G/F, Yee Fat Mansion, 2 Min Fat Street, Happy Valley, Hong Kong”.
